Pertubuhan Pembangunan Kebajikan dan Persekitaran Positif Malaysia (SEED) Drop In Center (DIC) is a safe space where all clients are free of the deliberate creation of threats, intimidation, discrimination, harassment and / or physically unsafe conditions. We also provide basic health care services to the clients by giving basic medication, treating their bedsore or wounds, towel baths etc.

It is also the base for both the referrals and the outreach team to gather for meetings, exchanging information, updating data and conduct sessions. It is the meeting point for staff and clients for counseling, medication pickup, information gathering, research setting, social networking and events conducted by each program.

Referral is an activity provided where we assist our clients in sourcing out help or information required to support them in their cases such as for drugs intervention, job referral, health check-up, legal issues, shelter homes and welfare aid. The cases are attended to 7 days a week 9am to 5pm and the results have been encouraging.

The service has ascended to new heights with its unique approach to social care and comprehensive support for the community. Still emerging from the nascent stages of its life, SEED’s referral services has solidified its reputation in Kuala Lumpur as a trusted source of information along with an inclusive support to all communities and makes a considerable impact in facilitating the reduction of social chasm and vulnerability.

Outreach Services is dedicated to providing confidential assessments and recommending quality referrals for placement, intervention, care and support for those in need. We also dedicate our time to education and providing information to the clients with regards to HIV/AIDS, through the dissemination of condoms, lubricants, brochures and pamphlets.
Our outreach workers have been able to reach out to 261,002  infected and affected communities since 2007.
